Cash and tight labor market -- booming aspect

In current Business Week issue, it is talking about tight labor market, more middle-class in Mexico, and West investment in Vietnam. Is it a coincidence with the comment from Trend magazine – abundant cash flowing into U.S. from global market which helped to lift U.S. real estate market and keep the Treasury Bond rate low?

Sounds like the market is booming again.
